Secure Transaction Process

Once we agree on a price for your land we sign a purchase agreement. We then utilize local title agents and/or attorneys for a smooth closing experience. The process is very secure and safe.

How fast can we close?

Since we use a local title agent/attorney we need to wait for them to run what is called a "title search" this is a process that they certify the chain of ownership of the property. This is to protect the seller and our company. We can then close when that is clear. Usually about 15-30 days. Some titles are complex which may take more time.

We received an offer to buy our land, how did you find us?

We use software that accesses public records from the county to find local land owners. We then approach the land owners by mail or a call.

What do you do with the land when you buy it?

The use case for each parcel we buy is different. Some are residential and can be used for building a home. Some can be commercial in which case we usually partner with builders or approach commercial companies that may be interested in the property.

I received an offer from you, can we negotiate?

Of course! We use different software to try to come up with an offer for your property that works for our budget and desire for the land. If you find that we may be close but would like to negotiate, give us a call!

Yes we do! If you have a structure on the property that is a tear down we can work with you to make the deal work. There may be added time to verify what we'll be needing to do, but we will keep you informed at all times.

My land actually has a falling down house/mobile home on it. Do you still want to buy it?
I have a home on a large parcel, but I no longer want to maintain the land. Can I sell you the land and keep the house?

Yes! We have a process for this in place where we use a surveyor to section the home from the land you want to sell, and then we give you the cash for the newly created parcel!

I have other parcels of land, would you want to buy them too?

Yes! If you have other parcels that you would want to sell please let us know. We can restructure our offer to purchase other pieces of land as well.
